WHAT IS THE LEGAL STATUS OF YOUR BUSINESS?
  • Ordinary business partnership. You can share all your business’ profits between the partners. Each partner pays tax on their share of the profits.
  • Because… we are a partnership and will each chip in to help on a project. We are less concerned about personal profit and more with the building of the business name itself.
  • We want to run it without the interference of shareholders
  • Being a partnership, we are more manageable in terms of running the business, have more of a say in terms of management decisions (not taking instructions from people who are not part of the team)
  • More partners means more brains for business ideas
  • First venture for everyone, having an equal say and having the ability to help each other out on projects is paramount
